THE FIVE LOVE LANGUAGES BOOK
I have all these amazing books for self development, but I never seem to finish any of them.. (think this is to do with my ADHD!) But this book! I have read twice! No matter if you are currently in a loving relationship or you both have some learning to do, I highly recommend this. It has a quiz at the back for you and your partner to do. This will assist with understanding how you want love to be receiving love. Physical Touch, Words of Affirmation, Gifts, Acts of Service and Quality Time.
